1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Bwenas PH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and Bwenas PH ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Bwenas PH platform — including the website at bwenasph.best, any mobile interface, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Bwenas PH platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms apply to all products on Bwenas PH including sports betting, PBA betting, JILI Slots, Pusoy, virtual sports, and all promotional offers. Product-specific rules may supplement these Terms where applicable.
2 Eligibility and Registration
To be eligible to register and use Bwenas PH, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.Bwenas PH does not permit any person under 18 to register or play, under any circumstances.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited at the time you access and use the platform.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.
- You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of aBwenas PH employee or partner company.
- You must not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted from gambling on theBwenas PH platform or any regulated gaming platform.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
Bwenas PH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided and approved. This is a regulatory requirement, not an obstacle — it protects both you and the platform.
3 Account Management
One Account Policy
Each player may hold only one active account on Bwenas PH. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. IfBwenas PH detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, including winnings, may be forfeited pending investigation.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bwenas PH login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.Bwenas PH will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or customer support. Any unauthorised access should be reported to our support team immediately.
Accurate Information
You must keep your account information current. Outdated contact details — particularly your mobile number and GCash account information — can delay withdrawals. Update your profile immediately if your details change.
Bwenas PH is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices, such as sharing their password or using an unprotected device.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
Bwenas PH accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers, BDO / BPI / UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
- Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
- You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Bwenas PH does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit where possible.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process.
- Winings from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — these are always disclosed at the point of bonus activation.
- Bwenas PH reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
Bwenas PH offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms, which are displayed in full before you opt in. The following general principles apply to all Bwenas PH promotions:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- Wagering requirements will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. If no wagering requirement is stated, none applies.
- Bonuses may only be used for eligible games or betting markets as specified in the offer terms. Using a bonus on ineligible products may result in the bonus being voided.
- One welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address.Bwenas PH takes bonus abuse seriously.
- Bonus offers have expiry dates. Unused or unwagered bonuses that expire will be removed from the account without replacement.
- Bwenas PH reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
If you believe a bonus has been credited incorrectly or that a promotion was not applied to your account as expected, contact support@bwenasph.best within 72 hours of the promotion period ending.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Bwenas PH. Product-specific rules for sports betting, JILI Slots, and card games such as Pusoy are available within each product section of the platform.
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after placement, except where the Bwenas PH Cash Out feature is available and the player exercises it within the permitted window.
- In the event of technical errors, system faults, or obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), Bwenas PH reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even if the bet has already been settled.
- Sports results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For PBA games, the Philippine Basketball Association's official results are final.
- Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. These are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
- Any evidence of match-fixing, cheating, or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned). Void selections within accumulator bets are treated as non-runners.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bwenas PH and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account
- Providing false identity information or using falsified documents during verification
- Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain
- Attempting to launder money or use Bwenas PH accounts for any illegal financial activity
- Coluding with other players in card games or any multiplayer format
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing Bwenas PH staff or other players
- Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: bonus hunting, matched betting using free bets in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements
- Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited
Bwenas PH operates advanced fraud detection systems. Attempted or successful exploitation of platform errors will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including deposits.
8 Responsible Gaming
Bwenas PH is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all members:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take24 hours to apply.
- Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a set time period.
- Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you how long your current gaming session has lasted.
- Cool-Down Period: Take a break of 24 hours to30 days without fully closing your account.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from Bwenas PH. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion — it takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Bwenas PH shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use or inability to use the platform
- Losses resulting from service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events
- Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Bwenas PH
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Our aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of your account balance at the time of the incident.
10 Account Termination
You may close your Bwenas PH account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
Bwenas PH reserves the right to suspend or close your account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, evidence of fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory requirements. In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, balances may be forfeited.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on theBwenas PH platform — including but not limited to software, design, logos, text, graphics, and game content — is owned by or licensed to Bwenas PH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from anyBwenas PH content without our express written permission.
12 Amendments to These Terms
Bwenas PH may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will display the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact us to close your account. Outstanding balances will be returned subject to standard verification.
13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Bwenas PH operates under a valid gaming licence issued by the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. We comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
